Head of ecommerce department

Accountant

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle accounting, tax accounting according to LT legislation
  • Preparation of reports for state institutions specified in the normative acts of the Republic of Lithuania
  • Preparation of annual reports
  • Preparation of corporate and group internal reports for management
  • Cooperation with external auditors

Requirements:

  • Higher education in finance, economics or accounting
  • Work experience as an Accountant 3-5 years

AML Compliance Officer

New FinTech company is coming to the market and is in process of searching for AML Compliance officer.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • On-boarding of new clients and monitoring of transactions
  • Updating all procedures and compliance policy basing on actual legislation
  • Constant communication with state institutions of Lithuania (including Central Bank)
  • Reporting of suspicious operations to competent authorities
  • Conduct of AML training for staff
  • Monitoring of changes in legislation regarding AML issues
  • Perform periodic AML controls and creation of reports
  • Reporting to the board about arising risks and its mitigation.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in finance or law
  • Experience in compliance matters in banks/financial institutions for at least 5 years
  • Good understanding of AML regulations and risk issues
  • Experience in communication with any European financial regulatory authority
  • Experience in reporting of suspicious clients/transactions to competent authorities
  • Analytical skills, capacity to investigate suspicious operations
  • Fluent English language (written and spoken)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a professional in Customer Support and private banking.

Requirements:

  • Upper Intermediate/Advanced/ Fluent English, both written and oral skills for emails/phone calls; knowledge of French/Lithuanian language is a BIG plus!
  • Communication skills (Good listening and responding skills);
  • Ability to obtain, verify, evaluate work assignments and provide necessary information for clients;
  • Ability to react to a stressful situation;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications; general hardware and software knowledge;
  • Working knowledge of ticketing systems, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.
  • Multi-tasking skills (actively listening to customer questions, answering questions, registering issue and finding a solution at the same time).
