Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • Previous sales and business development experience in Fintech, banking or corporate consulting. Ideally, additional experience in project management, analytics or working with front/backend development projects;
  • Motivated and result-oriented personality with analytical mindset and career development ambitions;
  • Team player with ability to actively take initiatives and make own decisions within the field of competence;
  • Fluent English language;
  • Ability for regular business trips;
  • Knowledge of Agile or Bitrix is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New business partners and clients acquisition (management of negotiations, coordination of commercial activity, preparation of contracts etc.);
  • Maintenance of existing business partners portfolios;
  • Development and implementation of joint integration projects, marketing events, promotional activities;
  • Adherence to scheduled performance indicators (fulfillment of planned goals for partner/client acquisition, project implementation deadlines etc.).

Marketing manager

We are searching for a person to cover the very important Head of Marketing position and become a super hero for Satchelpay. This person will help us scale our products and come up with fresh marketing ideas , perform tasks connected to different Digital Marketing areas and collaborate with other teams, such as designers, content creators, sales and development people. We need someone who will work independently and effectively, pursuing future career perspectives and personal growth. What you will do:

  • Create and execute a digital marketing strategy to generate sales leads.
  • Optimize conversion costs and manage the budget.
  • Increase brand awareness by effectively managing online brand campaigns.
  • Develop landing pages and other promo materials to support all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Build and manage company’s social media profiles and presence (Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Create a content strategy and coordinate content creators’ work.
  • Optimize and continuously improve the website according to the latest SEO standards.
  • Gather and analyze website statistics using various analytical tools.
  • Extend and develop current and new partnerships to increase traffic volumes.
  • Plan and perform other marketing activities on demand.

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, such as marketing manager, head of marketing department, digital marketing manager (experience in fintech or banking sector is a big advantage).
  • Experience in launching, analyzing, and optimizing Facebook/Google campaigns.
  • Knowledge of key market players, advertising payment models, traffic types.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills.
  • Fluent English, native Lithuanian, Russian is an advantage.
  • Adaptive to a dynamic environment.

Content manager

We are looking for a person who will create the unique character of Satchelpay through content in all communication channels – newsletters, SMM, articles, releases, descriptions on the site, in the mobile application, etc.

The main aim is to distinguish our services from competitors and convey values to different target audiences – from users to business partners and investors.

This role – a mix of copywriter, editor and manager – essentially replaces a small edition and is the “voice” of our service, which goes through the rebranding process.

What you will do:

  • Prepare fresh personalized content for our site, blog, email and push newsletters for users;
  • Help with work on reviews of our service on thematic sites and in mobile application stores;
  • Write and post articles about our service aimed at educating users and increasing brand awareness and character;
  • Сhecking the grammar, punctuation, clarity, style, and flow.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as designers, marketing, sales and development.

About you:

  • Have a commercial experience of at least 3 years in writing texts for various formats: advertising mailings, articles, releases, landing pages, etc .;
  • You create juicy and informative texts that really sell.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • You find a balance between rational and emotional (you have a sense of beauty and logical thinking)
  • Experience in text writing for the Fintech sphere
